Her paintings and ceramics have been exhibited in "Improper walls" gallery in Vienna (Austria), "Pamėnkalnio galerija" Vilnius (Lithuania), "Junior High" gallery, Los Angeles (USA); "The Growlery", San Francisco (USA), "Miscelanea" Barcelona (Spain), and elsewhere. She is the author of two graphic novels ("Bitės" and "Tropical wildchilds"). Her weekly comics were published on VICE (USA) and other independent magazines. Akvilė has also created editorial illustrations for various magazines.
